Intellectual property of delivered work
Unless otherwise agreed in the project contract, final work delivered to a client becomes the client's property once the corresponding payment has been completed. TOC Studio retains the right to display the project as part of its portfolio, unless there is an explicit confidentiality agreement in place.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TOC Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the information it contains.
